Spring semester starts tomorrow. Time to prepare. 

Blended up several cups of spinach, mixed with six egg whites, and six whole eggs, added chopped mushrooms, and one pound of cooked turkey breakfast sausage. 

Also made a large pot of steel cut oats to use through the week. 

Breakfasts prepped.
